RETURNS: Products may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, (with the exception of GPS products which have a return policy of 15 days) for a refund or credit at our discretion (excluding downloadable products). Downloadable products may not be returned or refunded. Returned products must be unopened, unused and in the original sealed packaging. Return shipping is at the customers expense, unless their is an error on our part, such as shipping you the wrong product. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved in advance by Security Central Exchange and a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued to the customer before any products are returned. The returned product must include the RMA number when received by Security Central Exchange. An RMA may be obtained by calling customer support at 800 518 6491 or emailing us using the "Contact Us" link on the website. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and concern.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

WARRANTY: We guarantee all Security Central Exchange products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 30 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our discretion providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, tampering or alteration.

LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS & SERVICES: It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not Security Central Exchange), to ascertain and obey all applicable Federal, State and Local laws in regard to purchasing, possessing or using any products, services, information or items listed or sold by Security Central Exchange. Consult an attorney or law enforcement professional, regarding federal, state, and local laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Security Central Exchange, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from use of this site, or purchase and, or usage of any product, service or information purchased or obtained from Security Central Exchange. When applicable, products sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111 18 U.S.C., Section 2511.
